  • We recommend solid colors, fitted clothing, and minimal patterns. You’re welcome to bring multiple outfits—we’ll help you choose what works best. We’ll also send you a prep guide and are happy to answer quick questions via text, including reviewing outfit photos if you’d like extra input.

  • Absolutely. Our sessions are fully guided—we’ll walk you through natural poses and expressions that help you look and feel your best.

  • Yes! We offer efficient, on-location team sessions with a portable studio setup. We make the process easy for your staff and just need a space about 10x10 feet to set up our lights and backdrop.

  • We do not provide RAW or unedited images, as they don’t reflect the finished quality of our work. RAW files are not viewable without specialized software and are only one part of the creative process. Just like you wouldn’t want a half-baked cake, unfinished images don’t reflect our standards—or yours. We believe in delivering polished, professional work you’ll be proud to share.

  • Proofs are for selection purposes only and remain the property of the photographer. They are watermarked to prevent unauthorized use and are not intended for public sharing. If needed, we can provide low-res previews to help you make final selections.

  • We cover a wide range of events including corporate galas, fundraisers, awards ceremonies, profit and nonprofit functions, conferences, trade shows, corporate holiday and events, team building events, VIP events, private events, and brand activations.

  • Turnaround time is typically 3–5 business days. If you need sneak peeks for social media or press, we’re happy to prioritize a few selects.

  • We do! We can provide full-day or multi-day coverage with one or more photographers, depending on the scale and schedule of your event.
